FRME Media LLC (“FRME Media,” “we,” “us”) is a real estate photography and videography company based in San Antonio, TX. We respect your privacy and only collect the information we need to respond to you and provide our services.

Information you give us. When you submit our inquiry form, request a booking, email, or call us, we collect what you provide — typically your name, company or brokerage, email, phone number, the property or project address, project details, and anything else you choose to include.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, for security, performance, and troubleshooting. We do not run our own advertising or cross-site tracking.
Cookies & embedded content
The FRME Media website does not set its own marketing cookies. Some features load third-party content only when you choose to use them — for example, our online booking form (powered by listVT / Rela) and video players (YouTube, loaded in privacy-enhanced mode).
